Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: it is important to remember that the right of withdrawal may only be exercised for damaged products. Returns will not be accepted if the customer wishes to return the product solely due to personal dissatisfaction or a change of mind.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customised products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
